Contact enquiries
The PHP contact form stores the name, email and message you provide, with a time record. The operator uses these to review enquiries and may delete them in the admin. Contact-form rate limiting uses a salted address-derived value. Do not submit sensitive information. Ask the operator for deletion using published contact details when available.
Scorebook and practice
The scorebook writes player names and round records to localStorage on your device. It does not send those records to the article admin. Reset removes the current local record. Browser settings can also clear data. Practice answers stay in temporary page memory; the hand calculator runs locally.
Administration
Administrator sessions use cookies to maintain login and protect requests. The server or hosting provider may retain access logs under its own settings. The operator must decide and disclose any retention period.
Optional external services
No analytics ID is enabled by default. The operator may configure GA 4 and must update this notice and any visitor choices accordingly. Google Maps loads only after a visitor presses the map button on a configured contact page. External share and provider links take you to another service with its own privacy terms.
